Like many other professions, we have seen drastic changes in our methodology. However, since we have long been accustomed to working with our clients from a distance, we have taken this time to improve processes we have long had in place.
How it works
Our materials and furnishing presentations are carefully composed to show clients how all materials, fixtures and furnishings work together in each space. In advance of our zoom presentation, we ship actual material samples to correspond with our digital presentation so that clients can touch and feel the actual products.
When it comes to furnishings, we set up private showroom tours in the design centers closest to each client. While we sure do miss our in person meetings with clients, we have adapted to remote design. We strive to make the process an enjoyable and seamless experience.
