His natural love of drawing and Lego building blended itself into an academic track at Montana State University, where he received a Master of Architecture degree in 2016. Derek joined Envi Interior Design shortly after graduation and contributes his knowledge of two-dimensional drafting, three-dimensional models, and architectural detail to Envi’s designs. When not sitting at a computer, Derek is active outdoors in Montana; he enjoys backpacking in the summer and skiing in the winter.
