Envi designed the tap room and restaurant to capture the hometown feeling of the original brewery founded in 1998. The brewery boasts “off-grid”, environmentally conscientious beer production. The interior design likewise employs green methodology. Details include the reclamation of a local barn to create the back bar and accents throughout. Envi and the client chose to create a warm, gently used appearance within the new construction of the facility. Envi collaborated closely with the architect in the exterior forms, volumes and design of the building.
